Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the On Call accident-response and field investigation service ("On Call," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using On Call, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of the Service

On Call is designed to help coordinate and document accident-response and field investigation activities. The service may connect dispatchers, fleet drivers, field adjusters, and other authorized participants involved in an incident.

Users must provide accurate information and use the service only for authorized and lawful purposes.

Location Services

Certain On Call features may request access to a user's device location during an active incident. Location sharing requires the user's permission and may be used to help an assigned field adjuster locate or navigate to a driver or incident location.

Users should not interact with On Call while driving or when doing so would be unsafe.

SMS Terms

On Call may send transactional SMS messages related to active accident-response assignments. Messages may include secure links that allow a fleet driver to connect to an incident or choose to share location information, as well as assignment-related communications for field adjusters.

Message frequency varies based on accident-response assignments and participant activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

On Call SMS communications are intended for operational and incident-related purposes and are not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are not sold, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos, Documents, and Incident Information

Users may be permitted to provide photos, documents, statements, vehicle information, and other incident-related information. Users should submit only information they are authorized to provide in connection with the applicable incident or assignment.

Availability and Accuracy

On Call is intended to assist with accident-response coordination and documentation. Location information, navigation information, communications, and other information provided through the service may not always be accurate, complete, or available.

Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and following applicable safety procedures, organizational requirements, and legal obligations.

Privacy

Information collected and used through On Call is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the On Call service evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
