Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how On Call ("On Call," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the On Call accident-response and field investigation service.
Information We Collect
Depending on how On Call is used, we may collect information necessary to coordinate and document an accident-response assignment, including:
- Contact information, such as name, mobile phone number, and organization.
- Incident and assignment information provided by dispatchers, drivers, adjusters, or participating organizations.
- Vehicle and accident-related information.
- Photos, documents, and other information submitted as part of an incident.
- Location information when a user chooses to share their location for an active incident.
- Technical and activity information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How We Use Information
We use information collected through On Call to provide and operate the service, coordinate accident-response assignments, connect drivers and field adjusters, provide navigation and location-related functionality, document incidents, communicate with participants, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
SMS Communications
On Call may send transactional SMS messages related to active accident-response assignments. These messages may include secure links that allow a fleet driver to connect to an incident or choose to share location information, as well as assignment-related communications for field adjusters.
Message frequency varies based on accident-response assignments and participant activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with organizations and service providers as necessary to support an active accident-response assignment and operate the On Call service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Location Information
When location sharing is requested for an active incident, the user may choose whether to share their device location. Location information may be used to help an assigned field adjuster locate and navigate to the driver or incident location.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through the On Call service. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support accident-response and investigation activities, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business and security records.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the On Call service evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
